Introduction

Commissioned by Hong Kong Education City (HKedCity) in November 2005, the e-Leadership training course for school principals and vice principals is conducted by The Centre for Information Technology in Education, Faculty of Education, University of Hong Kong (CITE, HKU).

The objective of this program is to support school in building their own vision of the potential impact of ICT and the different dimensions of school policy and strategies in supporting the curriculum and pedagogical innovations in the direction of the Curriculum Reform.

The course will take an action learning orientation. Principals are required to develop strategic school development plans for integrating ICT in their schools for the next academic year and beyond.
